报名门槛：本科及以上需要 36 个月业务分析经验 + 35 contact hours 培训；高中/大专需要 60 个月经验 + 35 contact hours。经验必须是"在项目环境中做业务分析" — 收集需求、编写 BRD/FRD、管理需求变更、验收测试。
考试覆盖需求全生命周期的五大领域：需求评估（Needs Assessment，18%）、规划（Planning，22%）、分析（Analysis，35%，最大权重）、跟踪与监控（Traceability，15%）、评估（Evaluation，10%）。和 PMP 的区别：PMP 从 PM 视角看项目管理，PMI-PBA 从 BA 视角看需求管理 — 同一个变更请求，PMP 问"对进度和预算的影响"，PMI-PBA 问"对需求基线和效益目标的影响"。

**需求分类搞混** — Business Requirement 是"为什么做"，Stakeholder Requirement 是"谁要什么"，Solution Requirement 是"系统怎么做"。考试经常给一句话让你判断属于哪一类。
