ADM（Architecture Development Method）是 TOGAF 的核心循环：Preliminary → A (Architecture Vision) → B (Business) → C (Information Systems) → D (Technology) → E (Opportunities & Solutions) → F (Migration Planning) → G (Implementation Governance) → H (Architecture Change Management)。每个阶段的目的、输入、输出、步骤必须背到能默写。Requirements Management 贯穿所有阶段。
第二阶段：Content Framework + 概念（2 周）
Architecture Content Framework 的三层：Artifacts（矩阵/图表/目录）、Deliverables（正式交付物）、Building Blocks（ABB 架构构建块 → SBB 解决方案构建块）。Enterprise Continuum、Architecture Repository、Architecture Capability Framework。这些是 Part 1 的高频概念题。

Part 2 的 8 道排序题是决定生死的关键。每道题给一个场景，4 个答案选项要从最佳到最差排序。核心技巧：**最佳答案一定引用 TOGAF 标准的具体方法/步骤，最差答案要么违反 TOGAF 原则要么完全不相关**。用 The Open Group 官方 Practice Test + Desi TOGAF 9.2 的排序题库反复练。Part 2 可以带 TOGAF 文档，但考场上翻文档太慢，核心概念必须提前熟悉。

Part 1 不难，ADM 阶段背熟了就是送分。Part 2 的排序题才是噩梦 — 4 个答案看起来都合理，但排错一个只有 3 分甚至 1 分。建议买 Desi 的排序题库，至少做 100 道排序练习。

Study tips and common mistakes
Part 1 和 Part 2 连续考，中间可能有短暂休息。体力管理很重要，Part 2 需要高度集中注意力。
Part 2 可以带 TOGAF 标准文档（开卷），但不要依赖临场翻找 — 150 分钟内处理 48 题，没时间翻书。关键概念必须提前记住。
Part 2 排序题的"最差答案"通常是完全脱离 TOGAF 的"常识性答案" — 比如"直接开始编码"在 TOGAF 语境下永远是最差选项。
**Part 2 排序题只对了 1 个 = 0 分** — 排序评分规则：4 个全对 5 分、3 个正确位置 3 分、2 个正确 1 分、1 个或 0 个正确 0 分。必须至少 2 个在正确位置才有分。
**ADM 阶段顺序记错** — B/C/D 的顺序是 Business → Information Systems → Technology，不是反过来。Phase C 内部还分 Data Architecture 和 Application Architecture。
**ABB 和 SBB 概念混淆** — ABB（Architecture Building Block）是抽象定义（"需要一个身份认证组件"），SBB（Solution Building Block）是具体实现（"用 Okta 做 SSO"）。考试 Part 1 至少 2 道。
