AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner（CLF-C02）是 AWS 全家桶里费用最低（$100）、时长最短（90 分钟）、题量最少（65 题）的入门级认证。CLF-C02 于 2023 年 9 月正式上线，取代了 2018 年发布的 CLF-C01，主要新增了对生成式 AI、Amazon Q、SageMaker 这些新服务的概览性考查，同时把已经退役的 Lambda@Edge 旧用法、Snowmobile 等冷门服务删掉了。
它和别的 AWS 认证最本质的区别是：它不要求你会动手。整张卷子 65 道选择题，没有架构题、没有命令行、没有"给你一个 JSON policy 让你判断"。考的全是"S3 是干嘛的"、"Region 和 AZ 的区别是什么"、"Trusted Advisor 哪个等级才有完整检查"这种概念题。所以销售、PM、HR、财务、咨询顾问都能过，AWS 官方也是这么定位它的——给"在 AWS 生态里工作但不写代码的人"的一个证。
考纲分四块：Cloud Concepts 24%、Security and Compliance 30%、Cloud Technology and Services 34%、Billing/Pricing/Support 12%。这个分布有个隐藏信号——安全合规和服务概览加起来 64%，所以备考重点不是"AWS 有多少种数据库"，而是"共享责任模型里 AWS 管什么、客户管什么"以及"IAM、S3、EC2、VPC、CloudWatch 这五个核心服务能干嘛"。
通过率层面，CLF-C02 是 AWS 所有认证里最高的，社区数据普遍在 80-90% 区间（远高于 SAA 的 ~72% 和 SAP 的 ~60%）。题库稳定、考点固定、官方 sample questions 和真题相似度高，这也是它"投入产出比最高"的原因——但反过来说，含金量也是 AWS 认证里最低的一张。

1. 第一阶段：理解云计算心智模型（3-5 天）
不要一上来就背 AWS 服务名字。先花 3-5 天搞清楚两件事：(1) 云和传统机房的差别——按需付费、弹性扩缩、共享责任；(2) Region / AZ / Edge Location 的层级关系。推荐看 AWS 官方免费的 "AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials" 课程（约 6 小时），跳过的章节是"动手实验"部分，CLF 不考实操。
2. 第二阶段：吃透五大核心服务 + 共享责任模型（1-2 周）
考试 64% 集中在"服务概览 + 安全合规"。这一阶段只需要把 IAM、S3、EC2、VPC、CloudWatch 五个服务的"能干嘛、解决什么问题、有几种类型"搞清楚，不要去看配置参数。共享责任模型是必考点：背熟"AWS 管硬件/网络/机房，客户管数据/IAM/加密/操作系统补丁"——EC2 的 OS 补丁是客户责任，RDS 的 DB 引擎补丁是 AWS 责任，这种边界题至少出 3-5 道。
3. 第三阶段：刷题 + 弱项补漏（1-2 周）
用 Tutorials Dojo / ExamTopics / JR Academy 题库刷 300-500 题，目标不是"刷完"，而是"每道错题都能说出错在哪"。重点关注：四种 EC2 定价模式（On-Demand / Reserved / Spot / Dedicated）、四种支持计划（Basic / Developer / Business / Enterprise）的差别、Trusted Advisor 哪些功能要 Business 以上、Well-Architected 六大支柱。这些是死记硬背的考点，没有捷径。
4. 第四阶段：模考冲刺（最后 3-5 天）
做 2-3 套全真模考（65 题 90 分钟），稳定 80% 以上就可以去考。CLF 题库稳定，模考成绩和实考成绩相关性很高——模考 75% 实考基本就 750 上下，模考 85% 实考可以稳过 850。考试当天前 30 分钟过完第一遍，剩下 60 分钟回头检查标记题，时间非常充裕。
Career value
先把话说透：CLF-C02 不是技术岗的就业证。
如果你是开发、运维、测试、架构这类技术岗，CLF 几乎不会出现在任何招聘 JD 的"required"或"preferred"列表里。Reddit r/AWSCertifications 上有个高赞讨论："Did CLF help you get a job?"——评论区里 8 成的技术岗回答是"没用，HR 看到 CLF 就当你没考过任何 AWS 证"。技术岗考 CLF 只有一个理由：通过 CLF 后 AWS 会发一张 50% 下次考试折扣券，相当于花 $50 买了张 SAA 折扣券（SAA 原价 $150，折扣后 $75，净省 $25）。
但对非技术岗来说，CLF-C02 是少数几张"能拿出去说"的云证：
- IT 销售 / Pre-sales：澳洲、美国的云厂商 Partner 公司（Deloitte、Accenture、Slalom 这类）招 Account Manager、Cloud Solutions Consultant 时，CLF 经常出现在 JD 的"plus"栏，因为它证明你听得懂工程师在说什么。
- 项目经理 / Scrum Master：管云迁移项目、SaaS 实施项目时，CLF 让你跟 dev team 沟通时不会被"VPC peering"、"S3 lifecycle policy"这些词卡住。
- 企业内部全员云化运动：澳洲的几家大银行（CBA、ANZ）和保险公司（IAG、QBE）从 2023 年开始推全员"cloud literacy"运动，要求所有非技术员工 12 个月内拿到 CLF 或 AZ-900。这是 CLF 报考量最大的来源之一。
不适合考 CLF 的人：
- 已经决定走技术路线、目标是 Cloud Engineer / DevOps：跳过 CLF 直接刷 SAA，时间投入差不多，含金量天差地别。
- 想用一张证拿 senior 级别 offer：CLF 是 foundational 级，没有任何雇主会因为 CLF 给你涨薪。
- 完全不在云生态里工作的人：CLF 在传统行业（制造、零售门店、医疗一线）几乎没有认知度，考了简历上也很难解释。
长期价值：CLF 最实在的用法是当"职业转型的第一块敲门砖"——一个传统行业 PM 想转云行业 PM，简历上加一行 CLF 比写"对云计算感兴趣"有说服力得多。但它的天花板也就到这里了，真正的职业跃迁还是要靠 SAA 或 SAP。

Preparation tips
- **先考 CLF 拿 50% 折扣券**：通过 CLF 后 AWS 会通过邮件发一张 50% 折扣券，可用于下一张 AWS 认证考试。如果计划之后考 SAA（$150 → $75）相当于 CLF 净成本只有 $25。
- **ESL +30 分钟加时**：母语非英语考生在报名页面 Accommodation 选项里申请 ESL，免费多 30 分钟，总共 120 分钟。CLF 题量少，加时后时间极度充裕。
- **多选题题干会明确说"Choose 2"或"Choose 3"**：按要求选，多选少选都算错。CLF 多选题占比约 10-15%，比单选费时间，遇到不会的先标记跳过。
- **排除法是 CLF 的核心解题技巧**：4 个选项里通常有 1-2 个明显错误的（比如把 Route53 当存储服务、把 Glacier 当数据库）。先排掉"明显牛头不对马嘴"的，剩下 2 个再仔细看题干关键词。
- **考前一晚把这几个表背一遍**：4 种 EC2 定价、4 种支持计划差别、6 大 Well-Architected 支柱、共享责任模型边界、5 类核心服务（计算/存储/数据库/网络/监控）。这些是死记硬背的高频考点。
- **线上 OnVUE 监考注意事项**：考前 30 分钟登录系统，桌面要清空（连水杯都要拿走），手机放视线外。监考官会用摄像头让你 360° 转一圈环境检查，整个过程比线下严格得多。
Common mistakes
- **把"AWS 责任"和"客户责任"搞反** — 共享责任模型每次必考 5 道以上。死记一个口诀：硬件、机房、虚拟化层、托管服务的底层（RDS 引擎补丁、Lambda 运行时）= AWS；数据、IAM 配置、客户操作系统补丁、安全组规则、加密密钥管理 = 客户。
- **以为 Reserved Instance 和 Savings Plan 是一回事** — RI 锁定具体实例类型，SP 只锁定"每小时花多少钱"更灵活。考试经常出"客户想要灵活性最高的折扣方案"，答案是 Savings Plan 不是 RI。
- **忽略 Trusted Advisor 的等级限制** — Basic 和 Developer 只有 7 项核心检查（主要是 IAM 和服务限额），完整的 115+ 检查项要 Business 以上。题目经常问"客户想用 Trusted Advisor 全部功能要选哪个支持计划"，答案是 Business 或 Enterprise。
- **把 CloudWatch 和 CloudTrail 弄混** — CloudWatch 监控指标和日志（性能数据），CloudTrail 审计 API 调用（谁在什么时候做了什么操作）。"我想知道谁删了我的 S3 bucket"=CloudTrail，"我想看 EC2 CPU 占用率"=CloudWatch。
- **Region 选择只看延迟** — 官方推荐的选择顺序是 **合规 > 服务可用性 > 延迟 > 成本**。题目里只要出现"政府数据必须留在境内"这类合规要求，立刻就是合规优先，跟延迟没关系。
