PRINCE2 Agile 不是教你 Scrum，而是教你如何在 PRINCE2 的治理框架（7 原则、7 主题、7 流程）下嵌入敏捷交付。它引入两个独特工具：Agilometer（五维度评估项目适合敏捷的程度）和六角模型（Hexagon — 时间、成本、质量、范围、风险、收益六个维度中哪些可以灵活调整）。

考试格式：50 题 / 60 分钟 / 55% 通过线（28/50 即过），闭卷。考试费约 GBP 300-350（含培训通常 GBP 800-1,200）。PeopleCert 接管后改为在线监考（OnVUE 类似模式），考完立刻出结果。

PRINCE2 Agile vs PRINCE2 Foundation：PRINCE2 Foundation 纯讲传统项目管理框架，不涉及敏捷。PRINCE2 Agile Foundation 前提假设你已经了解 PRINCE2 基础，在此之上融合 Scrum/Kanban/Lean。如果你完全不懂 PRINCE2，建议先考 PRINCE2 Foundation 再考 Agile。

PRINCE2 Agile 的市场价值高度依赖你所在的地区和行业。

在英国，PRINCE2 是政府 IT 项目的准入门槛。在澳洲的联邦/州政府和四大银行（CBA、ANZ、Westpac、NAB），PRINCE2 或 PRINCE2 Agile 在 PM 岗 JD 中出现频率约 35-40%。在美国市场，PRINCE2 的认可度远低于 PMP，几乎不值得考。

考试约 30% 考 Scrum/Kanban 概念如何映射到 PRINCE2 流程。比如：Sprint = PRINCE2 Stage（但不完全等价）、Product Backlog 对应 PRINCE2 的 Product Description、Daily Scrum 对应 PRINCE2 的 Checkpoint Report。掌握这些映射关系是通过考试的关键。

第四阶段：刷题 + 实考（3-5 天）

用 PeopleCert 官方样题 + Simplilearn/Whizlabs 的模拟题练手。55% 通过线不算高（28/50 即过），但闭卷考试需要记住大量概念名称。重点背诵 5 个 Target（Behaviours 的 5 个目标）和 Agilometer 的 5 个维度名称。考试当天在线监考，准备好护照/驾照作为身份证明。
