1. 第一阶段：掌握 PRINCE2 基础框架（1-2 周）

3. 第三阶段：理解 Scrum/Kanban 在 PRINCE2 框架内的映射（1 周）
考试约 30% 考 Scrum/Kanban 概念如何映射到 PRINCE2 流程。比如：Sprint = PRINCE2 Stage（但不完全等价）、Product Backlog 对应 PRINCE2 的 Product Description、Daily Scrum 对应 PRINCE2 的 Checkpoint Report。掌握这些映射关系是通过考试的关键。
4. 第四阶段：刷题 + 实考（3-5 天）
用 PeopleCert 官方样题 + Simplilearn/Whizlabs 的模拟题练手。55% 通过线不算高（28/50 即过），但闭卷考试需要记住大量概念名称。重点背诵 5 个 Target（Behaviours 的 5 个目标）和 Agilometer 的 5 个维度名称。考试当天在线监考，准备好护照/驾照作为身份证明。
Career value
PRINCE2 Agile 的市场价值高度依赖你所在的地区和行业。
在英国，PRINCE2 是政府 IT 项目的准入门槛。在澳洲的联邦/州政府和四大银行（CBA、ANZ、Westpac、NAB），PRINCE2 或 PRINCE2 Agile 在 PM 岗 JD 中出现频率约 35-40%。在美国市场，PRINCE2 的认可度远低于 PMP，几乎不值得考。
和 PMP 的定位区别：PMP 是全球通用的 PM 能力认证，PRINCE2 是特定方法论认证。PMP 考的是"你懂不懂项目管理原则"，PRINCE2 考的是"你会不会用 PRINCE2 框架管项目"。两者不冲突，很多澳洲 PM 两个都有。

Preparation tips
- **55% 通过线但不要掉以轻心** — 闭卷 50 题 60 分钟，平均每题 72 秒。很多题考的是精确术语，比如"哪个 Management Product 记录了 Stage 的授权"（答案是 Stage Plan），一字之差选错。
- **Agilometer 和 Hexagon 每次必考 3-5 题** — 把这两个工具的每个维度及其含义背到条件反射级别。
- **题目出现"在 PRINCE2 Agile 中"优先选融合答案** — 如果选项里有一个纯 Scrum 答案和一个 PRINCE2+Scrum 融合答案，选后者。
- **PeopleCert 在线监考注意事项** — 提前 15 分钟进入考试系统、桌面不能有任何纸笔、不能戴耳机、浏览器只能开考试页面。违反任何一条直接取消成绩。
Common mistakes
- **把 PRINCE2 Agile 当成纯敏捷认证** — 它本质上是 PRINCE2 + 敏捷融合，考试约 50% 考 PRINCE2 原有概念。不懂 PRINCE2 基础直接考 Agile 版会挂。
- **混淆 Agilometer 的 5 个维度和 PRINCE2 的 7 原则** — 考试会故意把两者的名称混在选项里，必须分别背熟。
- **忽略六角模型（Hexagon）的灵活性排序** — PRINCE2 Agile 的核心观点是"固定 Time 和 Cost，Scope 最灵活"。考试会出"在敏捷项目中哪个维度最先被调整"类的题，答案是 Scope。
- **用 PMP 思维答 PRINCE2 题** — PRINCE2 的 Business Case 由 Project Board 批准而不是 PM；PRINCE2 的 PM 没有 PMP 那么大的决策权。
